Newsday and The Gothamist are reporting that a man dressed as Darth Vadar (with camo pants??) robbed a bank in Setauket.
July 22, 2010A gun-toting man wearing a Darth Vader mask and cape robbed a Setauket bank Thursday, police said.
The man fled after the robbery of the Chase bank at 4080 Rte. 347, Suffolk police said.
He entered the bank at 11:30 a.m., displayed a gun and demanded cash, police said.
“The teller complied with the robber’s demands and gave him money from the drawer,” police said.
